Your Key Responsibilities
- 负责新产品的导入
- 组织技术评估，完成新产品导入的内部流程，
- 产线及工装准备
- 制定新产品生产的计划，
- 样品结束后，组织相关人员总结和解决问题，
- 跟踪量产过程中的问题，
- 参与客户审核
- 变更管理
- 对接设计和应用，协调变更的开展
- 变更件样品生产的安排
- 内部变更流程的管理
- 组织工厂相关的部门顺利完成变更的过渡。
Your Qualifications
- 全日制本科及以上学历，机械相关理工科背景；
- 5年以上汽车相关行业投产项目管理经验，熟悉汽车制造项目流程和节点；
- 英文听说读写熟练，可以作为工作语言；
- 有较好的沟通协调及项目推进能力。
