Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for issuing intercompany domestic VAT invoices, export VAT invoices, etc.
- Handling red invoice processes etc., and related issues.
- Participate in month/year end close activities, meet all timelines, ensure timely and accurate tax reconciliation.
- Follow up the non-issued oversea billing, communicate with tax to find solutions.
- Handle other VAT invoice related work including invoice management and documentation for non-trade payment, etc.
- Ensure IC AR smoothly monthly closing, prepare the working paper & IC AR reporting timely and accurately.
- Other ad-hoc work assigned by direct manager.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Knowledge on finance, tax and related experience
- Ability to learn quickly, capable to work under pressure and meet deadline.
- Strong communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Good as MS office(Excel, PPT, word, outlook, access)
- Good team player, smart, willing to take challenge, and drive change
