Responsibilities
- Post intercompany transaction invoice for inventory, service, and fixed assets, etc.
- Prepare document for bank payment and ensure proper approvals in place.
- Participate month/year-end close activities, meet all timelines, ensure timely and accurately intercompany reconciliation.
- Act for outstanding items and aged issue clearance.
- Make AP aging report.
- Align accounts payables IC practices with corporate policies and procedures.
- Other ad-hoc work assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Knowledge on finance, tax and related experience
- Ability to learn quickly, capable to work under pressure and meet deadline.
- Strong communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Good as MS office(Excel, PPT, word, outlook, access).
- Good team player, smart, willing to take challenge, and drive change.
