Your Key Responsibilities
- Steer the continuous improvement, development and adjustment of the Schaeffler production system for the assigned part of the organization.
- Define measures and ensure their implementation to achieve high productivity of the company's core and support production processes.
- Lead crucial engineering processes and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy within a core organizational field.
- Steer alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.
- Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Your Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering
- 5 to 10 years
