工业工程师Industrial Engineer(太仓)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with plants and BU/BD to regularly update manufacturing footprint within Division PTC & EMO, provide clear strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals to support growth. 
• Track the operational performance KPIs among the plants, follow up monthly development with planned actions, targets, possible comparison with benchmark and align the understand among the plants.
• Support plants for the PCR items clarification or training. 
• Support plants for the Gateway review preparation  
• Based on product technology requirements & capacity demand situation, be responsible for continuous analyses, (technology, costing & analysis, process/engineering change, capacity study & control)
• Tracking cost sheets, method time measurements, product/project profitability analyses (PPAs), workplace design evaluation, etc.
• Support in production/technology documents management (e.g. Cycle time change in SAP application, BOM change instruction)
• Know well about VSD/VSM, Jidoka methodology
• Risk Management

Your Qualifications

• Industrial engineering experience with cost calculation e.g. ECM, Capacity, WC, SQV, VSD
• Experience with finance processes e.g. budgeting, investments, costs
• Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, SAP, etc. Well use of Micro office software (PPT, word, Excel etc.), can make the training material, create training agenda and curriculum development alone
• Working experience in a multinational company is preferred
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
• Good communication skills and willing to transfer knowledge, good at presentation skills
• Be expert of specific function or process, eg. Grinding/Measuring /MTM/Training/Lean Production etc.
• Willing and quick to learn
• Production and technology knowledge
• Clear logical analysis is preference
