定子工艺工程师Manufacturing Technology Eng.（太仓）

Your Key Responsibilities

- 负责定子产品量产端工艺导入，推动新项目从试制、爬坡到稳定量产的工艺落地。

Lead process introduction for stator products in mass production, driving process implementation from trial build and ramp-up to stable production.

- 支持量产爬坡阶段的工艺验证、参数优化和产能提升，确保产线按质量、节拍和交付目标运行。

Support process validation, parameter optimization, and capacity improvement during production ramp-up to ensure the line meets quality, cycle time, and delivery targets.

- 解决日常量产中的工艺异常和现场问题，组织根因分析、改善措施制定及闭环验证。

Resolve daily process abnormalities and shopfloor issues in mass production by leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closed-loop validation.

- 推动OEE提升，分析设备稼动率、性能效率和质量损失，制定并实施针对性改善方案。

Improve OEE by analyzing availability, performance efficiency, and quality losses, and by developing and implementing targeted improvement actions.

- 持续优化定子制造工艺流程、工艺参数、作业方法和过程控制要求，提升良率、效率和稳定性。

Continuously optimize stator manufacturing processes, process parameters, work methods, and process control requirements to improve yield, efficiency, and stability.

- 编制、维护并更新工艺文件、作业指导书、控制计划和相关量产技术资料，确保现场执行一致。

Prepare, maintain, and update process documents, work instructions, control plans, and related production technical materials to ensure consistent shopfloor execution.

- 协同生产、质量、设备、研发及供应商团队，推动量产问题快速响应和跨部门改善项目落地。

Collaborate with production, quality, equipment, R&D, and supplier teams to drive rapid response to production issues and implement cross-functional improvement projects.

Your Qualifications

- 具备电机、机械、自动化、材料、车辆工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in electrical machines, mechanical engineering, automation, materials, vehicle engineering, or a related field.

- 具备约3年定子工艺、驱动电机工艺或新能源汽车电机制造相关工作经验。

Bring around 3 years of experience in stator process engineering, traction motor process engineering, or new energy vehicle motor manufacturing.

- 熟悉定子产品结构和量产制造流程，理解绕线、插线、整形、焊接、浸漆、装配或测试等关键工艺环节。

Understand stator product structure and mass production processes, including key operations such as winding, insertion, forming, welding, impregnation, assembly, or testing.

- 具备量产导入、产线爬坡、现场工艺问题解决、OEE提升或持续改善相关经验。

Demonstrate experience in production introduction, line ramp-up, on-site process troubleshooting, OEE improvement, or continuous improvement.

- 掌握常用工艺和质量分析工具，如PFMEA、控制计划、8D、5Why、SPC、DOE或精益改善方法。

Apply common process and quality analysis tools such as PFMEA, control plan, 8D, 5Why, SPC, DOE, or lean improvement methods.

- 具备良好的现场执行力、数据分析能力和跨部门沟通能力，能够推动问题快速闭环。

Demonstrate strong shopfloor execution, data analysis, and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to drive fast issue closure.

- 具备良好的英文读写能力，能够阅读技术资料并撰写基础英文报告；具备英语口语沟通能力者优先。

Demonstrate good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to review technical documents and prepare basic English reports; spoken English communication skills are preferred.
