Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for aftersales service business development, include machine modification, sales of spare parts
负责部门的售后服务业务，包括改造相关业务，备件销售 - Manage aftersales team, define management KPI to improve customer satisfaction
管理售后团队，制定售后管理KPI，以提高客户满意度 - Build up the aftersales service process for internal and external customers
建立规范的内外部客户维修服务流程 - Control cost of aftersales service
管控售后服务成本 - Collect customer service requirements and feedback to design and quality team to improve machine quality continuously
收集客户端故障信息，反馈给设计和质量部门以持续改进设备质量水平 - Build up and maintain good customer relationship;
建立并维护良好的客户关系
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related
本科及以上学历，机械/电气工程相关专业 - Over 8 years experience in aftersale service, and over 3years management experience.
8年以上制造业售后服务经验，3年以上管理经验 - Can arrange over 30% business travel of working time
可接受超过30%的出差 - English is working language
英语可以作为工作语言； - Good communication skill and can work with pressure
