Your Key Responsibilities
- Design stamping tools according to Schaeffler regulations and standards.
- Do tool optimization and prepare tool drawing independently.
- Act as sub-project manager to manage daily tool project to meet the QCD.
- Collaborate with plants and functions to give technical support.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above majored in Material Forming, Mechanical or related.
- More than 5 years' working experience in related area.
- Have knowledge about stamping process, material, heat treatment etc.
- Have the ability to work in English.
- Willing to change and have good communication skill.
