Your Key Responsibilities
1. 工艺设计与优化
- 制定冲压工艺方案，设计工艺流程（如落料、冲孔、折弯等），确保符合产品图纸和技术要求。
- 使用CAD/CAE软件,进行仿真分析，优化材料利用率、减少废料。
- 评估冲压可行性，解决工艺缺陷（如起皱、开裂），提出改进措施。
2. 模具开发与维护
- 参与模具设计评审，与模具工程师协作完成结构设计（如连续模、级进模）。
- 监督模具试模，调试参数（如压力、速度、间隙），确保成型精度。
- 制定模具维护计划，分析模具磨损原因，延长使用寿命。
3. 生产技术支持
- 编写作业指导书（SOP），培训操作人员规范作业。
- 监控冲压设备（如机械压力机、液压机）运行状态，解决突发故障。
- 优化生产节拍，提升效率，降低单件成本。
4. 质量控制与改进
- 制定检验标准，分析冲压件缺陷（如毛刺、尺寸超差），制定纠正措施。
- 应用SPC等工具监控过程稳定性，推动质量体系（如ISO/TS 16949）落地。
- 参与客户投诉处理，提供技术解决方案。
5. 跨部门协作
- 与产品设计部门协同，参与DFM（面向制造的设计）评审。
- 协调采购部门选型材料（如钢材、铝板），评估供应商能力。
- 对接生产计划部门，确保订单按时交付。
6. 技术研究与创新

- 参与降本增效项目，如材料替代、工艺简化。

Your Qualifications
- 全日制本科及以上学历，机械相关专业；
- 5年及以上汽车零部件冲压工艺经验，熟悉轴承产品或薄壁件冲压；
- 了解冲压模具，有一定的设计能力；
- 英文听说读写良好。
