Responsibilities
- 收集分析海关政策、法规，包括但不限于进出口监管证件、税则及税率、海关归类决定等 Collect and analyze the Customs related regulations, include but not limited the import and export license, tariff and duty rate, Ruling of China Customs etc.
- 处理海关编码归类和进出口证书办理 Handle Customs HS code classification and import & export license application.
- 协调解决归类争议和海关后续核查事宜 Coordination of HS dispute and post-supervision
- 负责减免税及涉证货物的后续监管 Be responsible for the subsequent supervision of tax reduction, exemption and certificate-related goods
- 制作和分析业务报表 Make the business report and analyze the report
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历 Bachelor or above
- 良好的关务和外贸知识 Good knowledge in customs and foreign trade
- 英语流利 CET-6（擅长口语和书面语）Fluent English with CET6(good at spoken and written)
- 具备风险管理意识 Awareness of risk management
- 良好的沟通能力，良好的沟通能力，主人翁精神，注重细节，解决问题的能力Strong communication skills, ownership, detailed oriented, and problem solving skills
