Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead six sigma projects. Solve issues or make optimization for an existing process, lead team to find the root causes and solution step by step with DMAIC methodology and statistic tools.
- Deliver six sigma related trainings, include basic, yellow belt, green belt and statistics training in Greater China region. Also need deliver quality tool training, statistic training for internal needs.
- Maintenance project workbook and A3 report for your projects according to standard template, maintenance database system according to project progress.
- Coach part-time belts for their projects.
- Share best practice on global PAN meeting. Regular project review with different levels of plant leadership.
Your Qualifications
- Have 3-5 years IE / Process improvement working experience is an essential, experience in a global company is preferred. Six sigma project experience is preferred.
- GB certification issued by ASQ or CAQ, or a well-known company is preferred.
- Good leadership skills. Ability to communicate with different levels within the organization. Team worker and quick learner.
- Basic knowledge on MSA & SPC & FMEA is an essential. Understanding on Hypothesis test, DOE, Regression is preferred.
- Bachelor degree or above with a engineering / math / statistics related major.
- Good English spoken and written skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and so on) is an essential, familiar with Minitab is preferred.
