Your Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improves, develops and adjusts the Schaeffler production system for the assigned part of the organization.
- Define measures and implement them to achieve high productivity of the company's core and support production processes.
- Apply crucial engineering processes and give input for strategic decisions
- Contribute to the alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment project
- Lead or participate in six sigma projects to support segments
- Conduct time studies. work studies, standardizations and optimizations
- Ergonomics coordinator and workplace register audit.
- Plant layout planning
- As plant FMEA coordinator, be responsible to coordinate and organize the workshop
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering
- 3 to 10 years related working experience
