先期制造技术实习生 Advanced Production Technology Intern（太仓）

Your Key Responsibilities

-    Support project activities, like record testing data, do AI training, operate robots.
-    Support mechanical design, software development, industrial design, and technology development process.
-    Support to do the 3D printing for project urgent materials.
-    Handle daily administrative tasks for departments; e.g：apply for IT equipment, access, stationary, ect.. for employees.
-    Order department or project necessary materials, maintain data in system.
-    Maintain project/ department documents+ data, and regular remanding for employee. 
-    Make travel arrangements and reimbursement for managers, e.g. book flight tickets, hotels, cars etc.
-    Handle and monitor visitor registration to the plant.
-    Prepare water and meeting room for visitors.
-    Maintain department meeting room and schedule appointments according to availability.
-    Follow up appointments and send reminder if necessary.
-    Maintain online folder structure and file relevant documents.
-    Other admin related tasks.

Your Qualifications

-    Technical studies.
-    English (written and spoken)
-    Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, etc.)
-    Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
-    Willing and quick to learn
-    Good time and self-management skills
