Your Key Responsibilities

- 通过对机器、材料和资源根据经济适用性进行配置来保证供货和质量责任的履行。在发生故障、瓶颈和质量问题时对工作流程和资源进行重新配置，以及与相关上级管理人员和技术部门合作引入替代生产。
- 在数据收集和指标计算中提供协助。确定和引入生产效率改善、成本降低和质量改善的措施。
- 承担有关跨部门项目的任务，协助进行有关技术、工具、生产效率改善、成本降低和质量改善等活动。
- 确保生产流程和员工操作符合相关质量标准，保证产品质量。
- 与质量人员分析报废和返工品，制定相应改善措施，持续改进生产线质量。
- 保证企业责任的履行（劳动安全、环境保护、信息保护等）。
- 采取一切要求的措施，以预防劳动事故、职业病、因工作造成的健康危害并防止环境污染。
- 在责任区域内组织和实施风险评估并反馈给部门领导、生产主管。承担指导义务并进行文档记录。实施包括文档记录在内的措施。
Your Qualifications
- 有冲压或注塑车间工作经历，熟悉配套自动化设备如机械手等工作原理和常见异常处理
- 在制造形企业有班组内多工种管理经验，可接受三班倒，抗压能力，执行能力，接受能力强
- 接受过系统的精益知识培训，或在实际工作中熟练运用多种精益工具，对常见的5S, 八大浪费，KANBAN, WIP，标准作业，目视化等有自己的理解
- 35周岁以下，熟练运用EXCEL, PPT等基础办公软件，有SAP使用经验者更佳
