Goal of Position

• Connect all parties involved in the company's supply chain, and be responsible for delivering and ensuring that supply chain activities are synchronized with customers in the most efficient way.
• By following the SCM strategy, guide and drive supply chain activities in divisions PTC & EMO through digitization methods as well as innovative ideas for the development of the entire supply chain process.

Responsibilities

• Business collaboration and support across DIV PTC and DIV E-mobility; also support BD automotive bearing, and related BD/BU/Plants.
• Drive network design and investigate synergy potential; provide innovative solutions with a long-term supply chain vision by following the company’s strategy.
• Standardize supply chain processes and templates for business; continuously optimize supply chain processes based on business development to contribute to company productivity.
• Influence through End-to-End supply chain visibility and business risk control; lead and support BD and plants, including both inbound and outbound processes.
• Monitor and identify logistic cost-saving opportunities; drive cost improvement programs, digital solutions implementation, and guide/define strategic measures.
• Support PEP supply chain-related concept planning; verify logistic cost and processes, and ensure logistic readiness before new project launches.
• Fulfill division-level customer-specific logistics requirements (CSLR); coordinate BD/plants/Warehouse/KAM to evaluate and track, and always synchronize with customers.
• Lead cross-functional department projects; establish interfaces among internal teams as well as external parties.
• Support and implement the company’s sustainability strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to lead and manage extensive internal and external resources to achieve a shared goal, along with drive, stamina, a sense of urgency, and the ability to instill these attributes in the project team.
• Working experience in the Automotive business with operation units, negotiation skills, and the ability to create win-win solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external parties.
• At least 10 years of work experience in the manufacturing field.
• At least 5 years of work experience related to supply chain.
