Your Key Responsibilities
- 跨事业部/工厂协同接口：工作范围覆盖DIV PTC与DIV E-Mobility，并支持BD Automotive Bearing相关BD/BU/Plants，作为供应链执行的关键对接窗口，协同推进相关工作和问题解决。
- 供应链执行监控与优化：通过支持战略项目与标准流程落地，持续监控并优化供应链执行活动与交付效率。
- 计划准确性与可靠性提升：监控并提升客户需求、供应商交付及生产计划准确性，增强供应链稳定性与可靠性。
- 数据透明与系统维护准确性：提升数据透明度，确保SAP、Dashboard等系统与报表维护的准确性与一致性。
- 需求与产能平衡管理：监控需求计划与生产产能，推动资源均衡配置，在可执行的前提下满足客户需求。
- 订单履约与供给风险识别：监控订单处理与履约过程，识别订单交付风险并推动改善，提升交付绩效。
- 风险升级与对策闭环：推动风险升级机制，联动事业部和工厂供应链部门制定并落地相关对策，降低负面影响并减少额外成本。
- 目标达成与偏差分析：供应链关键指标的偏差管理和问题分析，推动库存DOH、成本、销售准确性、预算等目标达成。
- 持续改进与数字化/自动化：主导或参与持续改进项目，通过自动化与数字化提升供应效率与运营能力。经验沉淀与透明化共享：搭建事业部和工厂间的经验分享和学习平台，提升业务透明度与组织复用能力。
- 协作与沟通：促进与业务相关方高效沟通，确保措施推进、跟踪与落地闭环。
Your Qualifications
必备条件（Essential）
- 学历/专业：本科及以上；供应链管理、工业工程或相关专业。
- 工作经验：3年以上汽车行业供应链管理经验；具备供应链多岗位工作经验（如订单管理，供应商管理，生产计划等）。
- 专业能力/技能：
- 了解并能推动量产阶段端到端供应链执行管理
- 具备数据分析与偏差管理能力，能基于KPI推动根因分析与改善
- 熟悉SAP及常用excle，powerBI 等工具使用，能提升数据透明度与分析
- 语言能力：英语听说读写流利，可胜任业务沟通。
- 软技能力：沟通能力、结果导向、跨部门协同。

- 参与过国际化项目（客户/供应商协同、生产计划相关优先）。
- 有多文化团队协作经验，适应跨区域跨职能沟通与推动。
