- Communicate with global category team on supplier development strategy

- Early involvement to win biz(design optimization/suitable process phase in/supplier innovation)
- High quality & High efficiency team-work on Technical review
- Lead the escalation from APQP/Mass production
- Supplier Technology Developing
- New technology introduction & application by Tech Inspire
- Purchasing Tech club
- Functional Knowledge
- The expert in over one commodity / production technology
- Could provide component design solution to designers
- Could solve complex technical issue with suppliers
- Provide technical/quality support to cross-categories and cross-regions
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, coupled with over 10 years of relevant work experience in supplier developmentr in Auto industry.
- Expertise in plastic molding and over-molding technologies, with a strong theoretical and practical understanding.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience specifically in molding tooling design, demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Experience in supplier quality management or production management is considered a valuable asset.
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving business targets and driving performance excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships on an international level.
- A proven record of leadership, capable of fostering collaborative relationships and motivating teams.
- A curious and open-minded approach, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Strong influencing skills to effectively advocate for change and improvement.
- Performance-oriented mindset, focusing on measurable outcomes and project success.
- Ability to maintain a consistent VAVE approach across all project phases.
- Strategic thinker, adept at managing complex projects and making informed decisions in challenging situations.
