Your Key Responsibilities
- 负责企业职业病防治合规性管理（跨工厂），统筹建设项目职业卫生“三同时”工作，开展工作岗位职业卫生监测与检测，为各相关部门提供职业卫生（IH）相关技术咨询及支持，确保各项工作符合国家及行业相关标准。
- 实施企业职业健康监护体系，组织员工开展职业健康检查，建立健全员工职业健康档案，负责体检结果的后续跟踪、异常情况处理及闭环管理。
- 通过健康数据收集、分析及数字化工具的应用，精准管控企业职业健康风险，持续优化职业健康管理流程、完善防控措施，提升整体职业健康管理水平。
- 策划、组织各类员工健康促进活动，普及身心健康知识，引导员工树立健康意识，提升员工身心健康素养，营造健康积极的企业氛围。
- 组织并实施企业急救培训、应急演练，提升员工急救技能和应急处置能力，保障员工作业安全。
Your Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，环境、健康与安全（EHS）相关专业，如职业卫生、公共卫生、预防医学等。
- 具备5年及以上企业职业健康管理相关工作经验，有跨工厂职业健康管理经验者优先。
- 熟练掌握职业健康、工业卫生相关专业知识，熟悉国家及地方职业病防治、职业健康管理相关法律法规及行业标准。
- 具备医学相关教育背景及职业健康相关从业资格证书者优先考虑。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力和问题解决能力，能够独立开展职业健康管理各项工作，有较强的责任心和严谨的工作态度。
