Responsibilities
- Prepare documentations for payments based on company’s payment schedule for related SSC legal entities.
- Ensure the payment file accurately and timely .
- Overdue Non-trade invoices tracking and monitor.
- Support for bank endorsement payment and clear bank acceptance posting.
- Ensure the oversea payment is compliance with related regulation.
- Other ad-hoc work assigned by direct manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Knowledge on finance, tax and related experience
- Ability to learn quickly, capable to work under pressure and meet deadline.
- Strong communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Good as MS office(Excel, PPT, word, outlook, access).
- Good team player, smart, willing to take challenge, and drive change.
