Your Key Responsibilities
Layout and footprint planning:
- Plan and implement direct layout and related all activities
- Layout continuous optimization and space saving
- Layout space data management and speedikon C data update
- Manage layout change process in plant level
- Coordinate in plant for layout planning balance each department
- Make plant footprints and development plans to fit for business development
- Monitor the construction plan and progress of factory expansion project
Your Qualifications
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors.
- At least 5 years of IE work experience in manufacturing industry, including no less than 3 years of experience in production line layout and new
production line introduction. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. - Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing both Chinese and English.
- Excellent communication skills and overall coordination capabilities.
