Your Key Responsibilities
- Advise Hiring Managers across Region Europe (excl. Germany) as their recruitment consultant,
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from the briefing meeting and recruitment strategy to the signed offer,
- Source and pre-screen candidates directly through our internal database, LinkedIn and other platforms,
- Write candidate reports, organize interviews and take part in them,
- Collaborate with local HR and Hiring Managers to prepare offers, obtain the necessary approvals, and share them with candidates,
- Keep candidate records accurate, provide considerate feedback to unsuccessful candidates, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting,
- Track labor market trends.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Economics, Psychology, Labor Law or a related field,
- Relevant experience in Recruitment,
- Slovak at native level (C2) and very good English, spoken and written,
- Customer-oriented mindset, intercultural awareness, and strong decision-making abilities
- Conceptual and creative thinking,
- You work well in a team and also deliver on your own.
Nice-to-haves
- French language skills,
- Experience recruiting across several European countries.
