Your Key Responsibilities
- Application engineering including selection and calculation of Schaeffler products.
- Support of assessment of criticality for contracts regarding technical aspects.
- Recommendation of assembly, lubrication and maintenance procedures.
- Assistance in mounting / dismounting.
- Assistance in product quality inspections.
- Product identification.
- Evaluation of bearing failures and preparation of relevant reports.
- Training of Schaeffler staff, customers and end users.
- Customer visits.
Your Qualifications
- Recognised degree / diploma in Engineering or other relevant field.
- Schaeffler product knowledge is an advantage.
- Computer literacy including main business-related MS platforms.
- Proficiency to handle medium level of BearinX software.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- A highly developed sense of customer service.
- Ability to comprehend and discuss technical / production requirements.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
