Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Investment folder documents and track approval progress
  • Ensure plant investment realization accuracy
  • Support colleagues about investment related issues (Investment Documents, Investment tracking, etc.)
  • Responsible for projects management as project leader (transfer projects, etc.)
  • Support project team members to follow Schaeffler standard project management procedures
  • Support external & internal audit of project management
  • Revise IE relevant work instructions and documents
  • Maintain SAP materials master data/BOM/Routing/Work center/Cost calculation etc.
  • Monthly production cost analysis and follow up related improvement actions
  • Calculate cost saving projects benefits and monthly follow up actual saving

Your Qualifications

  • College degree or above in engineering related
  • Above 2 years practical experience in Projects management or IE related
  • Team spirit, strong communication and collaboration
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Good PC-skills (MS-Office, SAP)
