Your Key Responsibilities
- Problem investigation and trouble shooting with automated equipment.
- Monitor working condition of machines.
- Increase equipment performance, implement and modify machines.(such as MTTR,MTBF,OEE..)
- Keep mechanical drawings up-to-date.
- Organize, manage and assign tasks to technicians, provide technical training to technicians
- Participate in TPM activity
- Maintain safety stock system for spare parts, editing and coding spare parts
- Support purchaser to develop and audit supplier and sub-contractor.
Your Qualifications
- At least 3 years working experience on mechanical such as pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
- Bachelor degree major in mechanical engineering.
- Familiar with machine installation and commissioning.
- Clear understanding of the principles control systems drawing.
- Willing to accept challenge and be able to work under pressure. Familiar with MS office software and AutoCAD.
- Good skill in English writing and reading.
- Effective communication skills, ability to interact with diverse groups and individuals.
