Your Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Task Management: Support the department's daily operations by organizing project folders, maintaining task trackers, and ensuring all marketing documentation is up to date.
  • Event Coordination Support: Assist the Marketing Specialist in the logistics of trade fairs and events, including shipping materials and coordinating with booth builders.
  • Budget & Expenditure Tracking: Help monitor marketing spend by organizing invoices and tracking expenditures against the assigned budget.
  • Marketing Material Oversight: Periodically review point-of-sale materials and promotional stock to ensure current versions are available for the team.
  • Digital Support & Execution: Assist in the basic scheduling of social media posts and the preparation of materials for digital or print campaigns.
  • Reporting & Data Entry: Help collect performance data from various campaigns to assist in the creation of monthly marketing reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Step in to support general team tasks or back up coworkers during absences to maintain workflow continuity.

Your Qualifications

  • Education: Current student in their final year or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Experience: Entry-level (0-1 year); prior internships or academic projects in marketing are highly valued.
  • Software Skills: * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
    • Initial familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or social media management tools is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple small administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external providers.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to occasionally assist in moving event materials (up to 25 pounds).
