Your Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials availability.
- Generate and analyze production performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Responsible for the technical closing of production orders
- Interfaces with production, planners and controlling to identify and correct errors
- Run production order cockpit and closing reports
- Verify and correct errors on production orders
- Keeping inventory accurate by following cycle count process
- Run variance reports
- Track KPIs related to production orders and inventory system
- Analyze cause of errors and determine ways to reduce errors in closing
- Escalate errors to Master Planner and Production Management
- Alignment of goals and tasks with manager to ensure applicable qualification as defined in qualification matrix
- Support and adherence to local, regional and global KPIs for example: Delivery reliability, Past Dues, Inventory DOH, Logistics Cost, Premium freight, Planning attainment.
Your Qualifications
- Post-secondary educational institution in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management program or similar degree
- Solid knowledge of computer applications and software
- Strong knowledge and skills in MS Excel
- Ease at math and problem solving.
- Some flexibility with working hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge and practical experience in SAP
- Consistent and effective planning abilities
- Disciplined, organized and attentive to detail
