Our Offering

Your Key Responsibilities
- Control the ordering processes and bookings, in order to ensure manufacturing of products as agreed upon in the order freeze.
- Run production order cockpit, check whether production orders are correctly booked and if order is in accordance with current delivery.
- Analyze, verify and correct erros on production orders.
- Responsible for technical (TECO) closing of production orders.
- Overview the costs of an order in terms of quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials availability.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage inventory cycle counts with Inventory Team.
- Generate and analyze production performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Refine sequencing on machines on shift basis.
- Main contact for MES, Factory Framework, Mobile Scan Guns and other programs when there are issues.
- Work with IT on a daily basis with ongoing projects, testing and updates. Ensure all is aware of updates going through systems.
- Provide day to day direction and functional technical support to the Shop Floor Controllers
- Monitor, analyze and report on Warehouse Monitor.
- Run variance reports and track KPI's.
- Escalate errors to Master Planner and Production Management
- SAMS Key User.
Your Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in SCM, Engineering or business-related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
- Two years’ experience in Shop Floor Controlling or similar position
- Demonstrates leadership qualities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Goal and results oriented
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prefer previous experience with ERP systems (SAP)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology
