Your Key Responsibilities
- Pre-assembly, pairing of rings, rolling elements and cages
- Creation of assembly lists
- Review and print off Assembly routers through SAP, required drawings and Assembly lists
- Measure / document raceway sizes, create inventory labels using applicable software
- Perform raceway width and split inner ring verifications using required measuring equipment
- Issue raceway sizes for mating components in production to ensure proper bearing clearances are met.
- Set up and operate all part/component washing equipment as required.
- Perform advanced problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards.
- Responsible for quality
and quantity of work produced by process. Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner. - Required to perform inspection on own work usingprecision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work.
- Ability to read and interpret production prints.
Your Qualifications

- Education: Grade 12 diploma
- Experience: Demonstrated competency at Assembler level
- Skills: Knowledge of production and quality systems
