Your Qualifications
· Preparation of daily and weekly schedules for assigned product lines or departments, release of production orders, and coordination with overall master schedule
· Regular communication with production to adjust schedules to accommodate changes in machine/ material availability or staffing.
· Scheduling of purchase requisitions based on MRP.
· Optimize planning and control processes, to include monitoring master data and maintaining accuracy and consistency as related to the Integrated Planning model.
· Alignment of goals and tasks with manager to ensure applicable qualification as defined in qualification matrix
· Verify capacity and demand risks, highlighting and communicating constraints.
· Updating SAP Material Masters.
· Stablish strong communication with external suppliers to facilitate timely and accurate deliveries, addressing any issues that may arise.
· Monitor deliveries from suppliers for assigned materials and updating SAP.
· Planning - Creation of releases and EDI transmission to Suppliers.
· Monitoring inventory levels, react accordingly to min and max, tracking stock movements, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
· Analyze MRP run and determine demand.
· Order management including purchase orders, production orders to tool centers and scheduling agreements with suppliers of assigned materials.
· Provide consumption reports as needed.
· Provide support for manufacturing area and related support functions.
· Work collaboratively with other team members in logistics, procurement, and operations to achieve company's goals.
· Identify opportunities for improved efficiency within the saupply chain and operations processes, and support implementation of changes.
· Other activities/ projects as assigned.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or business related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
• Previous experience in production planning preferred
• APICS ASCM CPIM Part I Certification or ability to become certified within the first year of employment
• Ease at math and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced skills in Excel and analysis tools/formulas
• Prefer previous experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MRP systems

• Disciplined, organized and attentive to detail
