Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for machine life cycle
- Requirement specification review for production equipment during investment process
- Purchasing and installation of production equipment
- Maintenance of production equipment
- Maintenance strategies including predictive, preventative and condition monitoring
- Technical availability
- Manufacturing sustainability
- Spare parts requirements for production equipment
- Disposal for production equipment
- Meet local and global Maintenance KPIs, for example: planning rate, maintenance costs, maintenance efficiency, MTBF, MTTR
- Implement department and team goals with relevant measures and trend monitoring
- Leadership and development of production maintenance team
- Responsible for adhering to team budget as reported in the Plant Cost Report
- Reporting to local and regional management
- Responsible for managing and coordinating services provided by external companies
- Alignment of goals and tasks with manager to ensure applicable qualification as defined in qualification matrix
- Communicate effectively with all employees consistent with company procedures and LEAD-ERSHIP ESSENTIALS
- Promote and support company policies, guidelines and mission statements
- Adherence to export control regulations and policies
- Comply with safe work practices: report unsafe working conditions, review any safety issues in operations, report all first aid incidents
- Adherence to Environmental Management System guidelines, legal compliance, minimizing environmental impact, pursuing preventative measures
- Comply with work standards, identify opportunities for quality improvements, and report qual-ity incidents
- Ensure a Lean concept within the team through continuous improvement efforts
- Supporting the execution of regulatory and safety inspections within the scope of maintenance
- Responsible for carrying out risk assessments. He/she is responsible for the documentation and implementation of recommended measures.
Your Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Certification in technical field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
- 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or similar environment
- Preferred experience in maintenance related field
- Experience leading functional teams
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (example: OSHA, EPA)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Goal and results oriented
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949:2016
- Knowledge of CMMS, SAP preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- General physical mobility; ability to sit at a work station for extended periods
