Your Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the process engineering team to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.

- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize time management.

- Conduct analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

- Work closely with engineers and production personnel to implement solutions for improving throughput, reducing lead times, and ensuring the highest quality of components

- Support data collection and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.

- Participate in the creation of documentation and standard operating procedures related to process enhancements.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement culture by actively seeking opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

Your Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, manufacturing or a related discipline -Experience using AutoCAD software

- Enrolled in a 16 month internship program through your educational institution

- Hands on work experience in a machine shop or similar environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite.

- Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives
