Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure compliance with work jointly with the Integrated Planning team and Production Leadership to participate in and support:
- Execute Shipping and warehouse tasks physically and use ERP software (SAP)
- Provide schedules showing order sequence.
- Monitor deliveries (manufacturing and suppliers).
- Ensure material availability (date/ quantity).
- Sustain a strong communication structure with planning, production and customer sales.
- Support inventory and cost reduction activities.
- Support the implementation of lean methods and inventory visualization systems.
- Maintain departmental records and files
Your Qualifications
- Currently Enrolled in Supply Chain and Operations Management program
- Keen interest in supply chain management, logistics, purchasing/procurement, resource planning and control, inventory management, warehousing and distribution, operations management and systems implementation
- Flexible with working hours in line with plant shift schedules (days, afternoons, nights)
- APICS Certification or working towards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a manufacturing environment is required.
- The incumbent must have strong planning, organizing and presentation skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP, ERP software), basic understanding of business administration and multi-task oriented.
