Your Key Responsibilities
The Account Executive Intern supports the Account Executive group within Schaeffler Aerospace Canada with all aspects of Engineering & Sales support. As an Intern, you will:
- Support the delivery of products by coordinating customer, production, and engineering teams.
- Manage the introduction of new product or design changes to the production environment.
- Prepare quotes for new products and design changes
- Assist with preparing presentations to customers.
- Review customer blueprints, specifications, and purchase orders.
- Collect, evaluate, and report information about market trends, technologies and competitors.
- Review and prepare documentation for submission to customers.
Your Qualifications
- Candidates should be in a university Engineering program studying Mechanical, Metallurgical, or similar discipline.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Must be able to work on-site, in Stratford, Ontario
Successful candidates will have the following skills and traits:
- Understanding of mechanical systems and their design.
- Familiarity with ferrous metallurgy.
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail.
- Goal oriented with good follow-through.
- Inter-personal, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
