Your Key Responsibilities

• Execute audits in line with the annual internal audit plan, covering operational business processes, systems, and internal controls;
• Develop comprehensive audit plans, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines;
• Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate analysis, thorough audit evidence documentation, and complete workpapers;
• Communicate complex audit findings clearly and effectively in written reports and verbal presentations to senior management, including recommendations for improvements and corrective actions;
• Monitor and evaluate management’s responses to audit findings and follow up to ensure timely remediation of identified issues;
• Collaborate cross-functionally and across regions to ensure audit accuracy, share best practices, and foster teamwork;
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information, exercising discretion and integrity at all times.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, IT or Finance, MBA is a plus;
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance;
• Solid experience in auditing, internal controls and risk management, or relevant business cycles, e.g., Engineer-to-launch, Plan-to-deliver, Hire-to-retire, Procure-to-pay, Order-to-cash, Finance, Accounting & Controlling;
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools and ERPs system (SAP is a plus);
• Availability to travel up to 20% of the time;
• Audit experience in manufacturing or Big 4 is a plus;
• Fluent English;
• Advanced Spanish is a plus.
