Responsibilities
- Responsible for Planisware/Windchill ProjectLink support;
- Serve as the first point of contact for incidents, requests, and “how to” questions in Planisware Enterprise (PEX) v7 Cloud for Projects, Portfolio, and Resources;
- Triage and resolve routine issues (via ticketing system): access/login, navigation, views/dashboards, basic data corrections, simple expression/view tweaks, workflow step clarifications;
- Document reproducible steps, screenshots, and logs; escalate complex cases to L2/L3 and vendor with clear context; track to resolution and communicate status;
- Support maintenance of a user knowledge base: FAQs, tip sheets, runbooks, and short videos tailored to Schaeffler’s PM regulations and PEX usage patterns;
- Support release deployments and cloud maintenance windows; perform/support smoke tests on critical user journeys (project creation, WBS updates, gate approvals, portfolio views, resource capacity checks).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Business, or related field;
- Experience in application support, business analysis, or PMO technology;
- Experience with Planisware Enterprise (PEX) and Windchill Project Link;
- Experience with managing new product launches, PEP processes;
- Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with Power BI;
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, SharePoint, Teams);
- English proficient;
- Portuguese fluent.
