Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Data & AI strategy for SCM & Operations;
- Design and implement advanced analytics and AI use cases, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics network design, and prescriptive decision-making models;
- Lead a multidisciplinary digital team (data, analytics, projects, automation), defining roles and capabilities;
- Build and scale data-driven solutions, including data architecture, pipelines, integration, and governance standards;
- Develop team capabilities and foster digital mindset;
- Translate complex SCM challenges into analytical solutions;
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AI agents to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High education in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related areas. Postgraduate/MBA in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics or related areas;
- Solid experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence applied to business;
- Experience developing and deploying predictive and/or prescriptive models | Machine Learning and advanced AI techniques including Deep Learning, Generative AI, and AI agents;
- Experience leading cross-functional and technical teams (data scientists, data engineers, analytics);
- Proficiency in tools and languages such as Python, SQL, and BI platforms;
- Fluent English.
