Your Key Responsibilities
- Customer Complaints and Repairs Management;
- Participates in the analysis and rework of a Customer Complaints and Repairs;
- Participation in root cause analysis and problem-solving meetings;
- Identifying possible areas for improving quality control processes;
- Tracking of corrective and preventive actions;
- Serial production defects management;
- Participates in the analysis and rework of a Serial production defects
- Checks, tests, or measures materials and products according to quality and safety standards;
- Participates in the analysis of defect materials from serial production
- Read drawings, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and test procedures, adjustment methods, formulas, or necessary measuring instruments;
- Preparation and maintenance of inspection or test reports;
- Participates in the calibration of the measurement equipment and prepares the activity-related certificates, statistical analysis, etc. Maintains the associated boarding registers and communicates with external laboratories;
- Works only with calibrated measurements;
- Informs managers or other staff of materials outside the specification;
- Ensuring production is not hindered by quality testing procedures.
Your Qualifications
- Education: High School Degree, University degree in Engineering or suitable degree for quality
