Your Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

  • Manage and plan the annual calendar for the CEO and the Asia Pacific region
  • Handle ad hoc requests and assignments from the CEO in a timely and reliable manner
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for CEO meetings
  • Consolidate, summarize, and structure information for CEO meetings and discussions
  • Track, follow up on, and ensure completion of action items assigned by the CEO
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions or new initiatives
  • Ensure comprehensive and continuous administrative and operational support to the CEO

2. Meeting and Event Organization

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate Asia Pacific Board Meetings, Management Council Meetings, and other relevant meetings or workshops
  • Prepare agendas, templates, and documentation, ensuring timely distribution of materials
  • Participate in meetings and prepare clear, accurate, and timely meeting minutes
  • Ensure effective execution of meetings, covering content, facilitation, and logistics
  • Track and follow up on decisions and action items arising from meetings

3. Primary Point of Contact with Headquarters and the Region

  • Act as a central point of contact for headquarters, regional, and sub-regional stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage requests, information flow, and task alignment on behalf of the CEO
  • Draft and distribute written communications, including letters, speeches, and official documents, across the region

4. Research and Data Analytics

  • Proactively gather, validate, and manage internal and external data sources
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and synthesize insights into concise reports and presentations

5. Project and Business Support

  • Support the Regional CEO and Head of Strategy in the development and execution of regional strategy initiatives
  • Monitor, track, and report on progress of critical CEO-led projects and initiatives
  • Contribute as a project team member to special or cross-functional projects as required

Your Qualifications

  • Possesses Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis and preparation of professional reports and presentations
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple hierarchical levels
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and supporting meetings and events
  • Ability to work in a structured, organized manner within a highly dynamic environment
  • Strong sense of discretion with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse, and standard internal processes
