Your Key Responsibilities
- Own assigned Controlling processes within Japan & Southeast Asia, including Sales and Profitability, Functional Cost, Working Capital, Investment, and Value Added.
- Provide business partner support for Corporate Function management as well as the Japan & Southeast Asia management team and legal entities.
- Support the month-end closing process within the Controlling scope of responsibility.
- Prepare monthly reporting and financial analysis at the subregion level.
- Coordinate and prepare Group planning processes, such as Budget and Forecast.
- Support action plans for profit achievement and other finance projects where required.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics or Business Administration, or any comparable degree in any other related Finance field.
- 2 to 3 years professional experience in Controlling or Management Reporting preferred
- Experience liaising with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in English and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP EP1 / S4 Hana).
- Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and hands-on mentality.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
