Sales Enablement Specialist (2-year Contract)

Goal of Position

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the sales team for various activities and events and coordinating key operational functions. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and organize trainings, workshops, and events
• Assist in scheduling of meetings
• Responsible for Headquarters and customer visit management
• Update guidelines within value-adding sales approach 
• Maintain documentation for Asia Pacific (AP) Industrial Lifetime Solutions (ILS) community
• Share updates with AP Sales Community via email
• Preparation of Regional Business Alignment Call
• Provide support in Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order process, including creation, receipt, and payment request and submission 

Your Qualifications

• Possesses Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Hands-on experience in event manager, preferably in technical or industrial setting
• Possesses good organizational and coordination skills and ability to multi-task
• Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Sales Force Dot Com is an advantage
• Experience in technical training coordination or knowledge sharing initiatives is an advantage
• Able to work independently and in fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt to changing priorities quickly
• Travelling will be required occasionally for events and/or meetings
