Project Manager, Humanoid Asia Pacific

Goal of Position

The incumbent is responsible for managing R&D and government research projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables, while ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives. They also serve as the primary customer contact, foster stakeholder relationships, and drive business growth through strategic collaboration and opportunity development.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage R&D project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, customer feedback, and business development activities.
• Ensure R&D projects are aligned with business objectives to achieve overall company goals.
• Manage government research projects on humanoid topics, ensuring compliance with regulations and successful delivery.
• Support sales activities and forecasting to contribute to business growth and strategic planning.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery; familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in robotics, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), or Autonomous Systems is preferred.
• Ability to translate customer technical requirements into internal deliverables and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled in organizing and facilitating workshops for internal teams and external partners to align on technical goals and challenges.
• Capable of contributing to and supporting business strategy development, ensuring technical efforts align with strategic objectives.
• Effective team player within a multidisciplinary environment of hardware and AI engineers.
• Highly motivated to overcome challenges and deliver results on time.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
