Goal of Position
The incumbent will support the Humanoid AP Team with disciplined project execution by coordinating plans, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, and follow-up across customer and development activities in Asia Pacific.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain integrated project timelines, milestone plans, work-breakdown structures, action logs, and decision trackers.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across engineering, sales, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, legal, finance, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate project data, dashboards, risk and issue logs, change records, and portfolio overviews aligned with agreed project-management standards.
- Coordinate samples, prototypes, testing, documentation, logistics, and customer deliveries, including readiness checks and follow-up of open items.
- Prepare concise, management-ready status reports, steering materials, customer presentations, meeting minutes, and decision papers.
- Track milestones, deliverables, cost and resource needs, dependencies, and overdue actions; highlight deviations and propose recovery actions.
- Organize project meetings, workshops, and reviews; document decisions, assign owners and due dates, and drive actions to closure.
- Support continuous improvement of common templates, reporting routines, and ways of working across Humanoid AP.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project coordination or project management within product development, automotive, robotics, automation, mechatronics, or industrial technology.
- Strong hands-on capability in creating project timelines, tracking deliverables, following up on actions, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project-planning and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, or equivalent is preferred.
- High attention to detail, data accuracy, document quality, and consistent follow-through across multiple parallel priorities.
- Technical understanding of robotics, mechatronics, actuators, or motion systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work across inputs into clear, management-ready materials.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with diverse teams, including a willingness to travel within Asia Pacific.
