Student Assistant (part-time)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Join our R&D team and collaborate on innovative projects in partnership with Schaeffler and NTU to drive project success.
• Participate in the design, construction, and testing of Mobile Platforms, Robotic applications, and their functionalities.
• Integrate, adapt, and test a range of components, including wireless communication and controllers, for our electric drivetrains. Conduct performance benchmarking of prototypes.
• Take ownership of individual projects, gaining valuable experience as a research engineer.

Your Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, with consideration given to other engineering disciplines with relevant skills.
• Enthusiasm for technology, especially in the realms of gadgets, electric mobility, and robotics, with a commitment to exploring new ideas.
• Proficiency in hands-on skills, including PCB design and assembly, soldering, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in programming microcontrollers, such as Arduino/ARM/Raspberry Pi, is a plus.
• A proactive and self-motivated individual who actively seeks feedback and fosters innovation.
• Strong proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and communication.
