Your Key Responsibilities
- Co-developing and maintaining a digital warehouse roadmap across WMS, WES/WCS, robotics, RTLS, BI, and data platforms.
- Translating operational strategy into prioritized initiatives with value cases, KPIs, dependencies, and timelines.
- Leading proof of concepts and pilots to validate new capabilities and enable network-wide scaling.
- Managing warehouse system templates, configurations, enhancements, release planning, and UAT.
- Defining functional requirements, test scripts, and acceptance criteria; overseing incident/change management.
- Designing and coordinating system integrations (ERP, WMS, robotics, BI), specifying APIs, EDI, and event streaming patterns.
- Building BI products, advanced analytics (forecasting, simulation, anomaly detection), dashboards, and ensure KPI standardization.
- Developing SOPs, playbooks, and enablement materials to support adoption and continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
- Several years of hands-on experience with warehouse/logistics systems, such as SAP EWM.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and continuous improvement within automated distribution centers.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities combined with expertise in data analysis, system configuration, and testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
