Your Key Responsibilities
- Processing assigned daily logistics and warehouse operations.
- Posting goods receipts (MIGOs) and verifying incoming deliveries.
- Reviewing documents for delivered items, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting and resolving issues related to incorrect or incomplete deliveries.
- Planning and monitoring warehouse capacities in coordination with freight forwarders.
- Coordinating container arrangements, including advance notification to logistics partners.
- Evaluating on-time delivery performance (warehouse, freight forwarders, customer requirements).
- Selecting appropriate forwarding agents (Schaeffler Corp/VLS) and preparing EU freight documents.
- Scheduling transportation for direct export shipments and transferring relevant export documents to freight forwarders.
- Implementing and coordinating specific customer requirements with warehouse, shipping, and customer service.
- Providing necessary export documentation.
- Planning and managing timings for express shipments.
- Reprinting supporting documents (such as delivery notes and packing lists from EWM/EP1), as required.
- Maintaining accurate master data, routes, and shipping schedules.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with proven relevant experience.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
- Good knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level) .
- Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level) .
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP) for postings and document management.
- A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
