Junior Intralogistics Operations Coordinator (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assisting with goods receipt postings (MIGOs) and verifying incoming deliveries against documentation.
• Reviewing shipping and delivery documents for completeness and accuracy, flagging discrepancies.
• Reporting operational issues (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or incomplete deliveries) to supervisors or relevant departments.
• Assisting in monitoring warehouse capacities and daily routines with freight forwarders.
• Helping coordinate container arrangements and sending standard notifications to logistics partners.
• Supporting the tracking and reporting of on-time delivery performance metrics.
• Preparing standard EU freight documents and booking shipments using pre-selected forwarding agents (e.g., Schaeffler Corp/VLS).
• Assisting with export shipment scheduling and handing over necessary documentation to carriers.
• Supporting the implementation of specific customer requirements in daily coordination with the warehouse and customer service.
• Preparing and printing basic export documentation (such as delivery notes and packing lists from EWM/EP1) as requested.
• Assisting with maintaining accurate master data, shipping routes, and schedules under supervision.

Your Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates or candidates with early professional experience are welcome).
• Initial experience or strong academic/internship background in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation.
• Basic to good understanding of supply chain and warehouse processes.
• Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level).
• Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level) enabling daily communication and documentation review.
• Knowledge of German is a strong plus.
• Basic familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP / SAP EWM) or a high eagerness and aptitude to learn them quickly.
• A positive, "can-do" approach with a willingness to learn and solve operational problems.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well both independently (on routine tasks) and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
