Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the full cycle counting program (policy, schedule, execution, audit). 
  • Designing and adjusting risk-based counting strategies (e.g., ABC/XYZ, criticality/risk weighting, stratified sampling) and dynamically adjusting frequencies. 
  • Developing and implementing counting algorithms to prioritize items based on risk signals (variance history, velocity, value, lead time variability) and triggering exception counts. 
  • Configuring and maintaining cycle count settings in WMS/ERP and automating workflows. 
  • Analyzing root causes of inventory variances and implementing corrective warehouse actions. 
  • Maintaining master data affecting inventory (UOM, lot/serial controls, reorder points). 
  • Creating dashboards and reports on accuracy, shrinkage, and productivity. 
  • Training warehouse teams on counting procedures and technology usage. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory policy with business goals. 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Several years of experience in inventory control or stock management. 
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency. 
  • Proven ability to manage cycle counts and drive inventory accuracy improvements. 
  • Strong MS Excel skills for data analysis. 
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for implementing counting algorithms and automations is an advantage. 
  • Experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, etc.) and scanning technologies is an advantage. 
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma. 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
