Your Key Responsibilities
- To Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with Schaeffler’s policies,
vision and process guidelines
• To establish and enforce optimal warehouse’processes in line with global best
practices and Schaeffler guidelines to achieve efficient warehouse operations
• Ability to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse
processes are running smoothly and promptly.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legal & compliance
requirements
• To onboard, orient, coach, mentor and motivate employees
• To prepare annual budget for investments and Warehouse + Transportation
costs
• Must ensure 100% safety of people, material and equipments.
• Responsible for operating supplies (consumables) material planning, supplier
schedule in SAP as per demand.
• Responsible for supplies monitoring & ensuring 100% material availability.
• Responsible for inventory control as per management targets.
• Responsible for ensuring all inbound materials’ receipt/ preservation/ issue
processes carried out as per SOP.
• Responsible for effective subcontract logistics activities as per legal compliance
• Responsible for Subcontract reconciliation process.
• Responsible for continuously improving the Stores process to ensure timely
material availability for production line.
• Unloading, checking and GRN preparation of materials received.
• To maintain SAP inward records. Ensure daily handover of invoice copies to
Accounts.
Your Qualifications
BE/Any degree with 10+ Years of Relavent Experience
