Your Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a financial business partner to local management, the plant manager, and operational units at the site
- Supporting management in strategy development and translating it into medium-term plans, budgets, and operational measures
- Coordinating and driving the annual planning process, as well as monitoring compliance with group guidelines and adjusting for deviations
- Further developing and implementing planning and reporting systems, including cost, performance, and inventory controlling
- Preparing plant cost reports, analyzing variances, and developing proposals for corrective actions and optimization
- Supporting cost center, investment, and project planning, including reconciling targets and reviewing capital expenditure (CapEx) requests
- Contributing to product costing, determining overhead/cost rates, and coordinating annual costing runs
- Performing project tracking, Post-Completion Audits (PPAs), and financial impact simulations for the plant
- Providing financial support during the ramp-up phase of the Regional Distribution Center in Ujazd
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, complemented by relevant additional qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Very good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular advanced Excel skills
- Solid working knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP) and Business Warehouse (BW)
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and high attention to detail
