Your Key Responsibilities
- Work in different departments of the organization to gain practical experience in the course of an academic education as an undergraduate.
- Gain hands-on experience and understand different operational functions in one designated department.
- Contribute to team projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating presentations.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and present reports summarizing learning and contributions during the internship.

Tasks:
- 跟踪新能源电机及其系统的最新发展趋势，整理分析行业报告和标准、最新专利和学术论文。
- Track the latest development trends of new energy motors and their systems, collate and analyze industry reports, relevant standards, cutting-edge patents and academic papers.
- 参与预研产品的开发，支持可行性分析与优先级评估。
- Take part in pre-research product development and support feasibility analysis and priority evaluation.
- 参与试验数据的处理与分析，挖掘数据背后的信息。
- Participate in processing and analysis of test data to dig out underlying information from data.
- 参与特定问题的模型开发及验证。
- Engage in the development and verification of mathematical models for specific technical issues.
- 参与撰写相关报告及专业文档。
- Be responsible for drafting relevant technical reports and professional documentation.
Requirements:
- 本科或以上学历，电气工程或机械工程专业背景。Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
- 英语书写熟练，口语沟通良好。Proficient in written English with good oral communication skills.
- 熟悉电机基本原理，具备数据分析与仿真能力，具备学术文献检索与研读能力，具备一定的专业报告和学术论文的撰写能力。Familiar with basic principles of electrical machines; capable of motor-related data analysis and simulation; able to retrieve and study academic literatures; competent in writing professional technical reports and academic papers.
